Nothing new to report this week - just a usual week of classes. Or perhaps, if I wasn't so excited about next Monday, maybe I would have something cutely observational to report, but I'm speechless (or rather, typeless). On Monday the 29th, I make my way to Bologna, Italia, to see my favorite band Coldplay in concert at Futurshow Station. I purchased the tickets about three months ago and have been eagerly anticipating this since. My adventure partner for the day is school-friend Daniel, who hails from the University of Hawaii. There was no way I wanted to miss their 2008 tour, and since I was obviously going to miss them in North America, an Italian tour stop just seemed a natural pick. I'll be missing a club soccer game Monday night, but I'm sure the concert will make up for it.
I just got back in from a run along the Arno. It's quite cool out today at 64*F and very windy, but I find it refreshing. I'm still sore from my last soccer game on Wednesday (we won with quite a few goals!) so a run was the best thing for me today. Tomorrow, there's a Florence soccer game that I have a ticket for, so I'll be checking it out with a few friends.
So all in all, much more exciting things to come!
